This doesn't quite work yet because the progression file is read in
incorrectly, I think
* Read 10000 puzzles instead of only 100
* Added simple font for rendering turn count
* Slightly reduce snapping threshold
This was a major milestone!
It takes about 5.2 seconds to load and decompress the entire 115mb
database on my quad-core i5-6600k. Needless to say, there will be some
cutting this down via tossing out some number of puzzles.
